How to Quantify Accomplishments on a Resume
Use numbers to make the size, speed, quality, or impact of your work easier to understand.

Numbers are useful when they give context to an accomplishment. They do not need to be dramatic; a reliable, accurate measure is enough.
Look for four kinds of proof
Try volume, time, quality, or money. You might have supported 40 customers a day, shortened a process by two hours, improved accuracy, or protected a budget.
Keep the claim honest
Use estimates only when you label them clearly, and never invent a result. A smaller true number is more credible than an impressive number you cannot explain.
